By accessing or enrolling at East West Public School (EWPS), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and effective learning environment for all.

  1. Admissions

    • Admission is subject to eligibility criteria and availability of seats.

    • All information and documents provided during admission must be accurate and authentic.

  2. Fees & Payments

    • Fees must be paid as per the schedule notified by the school.

    • Late payment may attract fines, and non-payment may lead to suspension of admission.

    • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances decided by the management.

  3. Student Conduct

    • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect peers and teachers, and follow school rules.

    • Any act of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of school policies may lead to penalties, including suspension or expulsion.

  4. Use of Facilities

    • School facilities (library, labs, playgrounds, etc.) must be used responsibly.

    • Any damage caused will be chargeable to the student responsible.

  5. Safety & Security

    • The school takes necessary measures to ensure student safety; however, parents/guardians must ensure timely pick-up/drop-off and compliance with security guidelines.

  6. Digital & Online Platforms

    • Students using school’s digital resources or online platforms must adhere to acceptable use policies. Misuse may result in restricted access or disciplinary action.

  7. Changes & Updates

    • EWPS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as required. Updates will be notified to parents and students.
